Simple Fit Nurse

Hello everyone, Thank you for visiting my website. I am a registered nurse who is graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2019. I have been working as a registered nurse ever since on medical, neurological, cardiac and palliative floors. However in May of 2020, I decided to specialize in emergency room nursing receiving a diploma in the field. Through this I have been trained and utilize advanced cardiac life support in critical care conditions within the hospital. I have passion in educating others through my anecdotal experiences and using my knowledge to help others within the profession. A secondary passion is fitness and exercise, which is why I have written e-books in hopes to help and inspire others to get into great shape. The goal is to educate you and empower you to become a better and healthier person everyday. I also try to provide honest advice which is not aimed to sell you products.
